Brute Drive 2

The EWS Brute Drive 2 (LBD2) follows the tone design of British stack amps, offering a crunchy sound with bite and mid-range in the low gain setting, and a crisper sound with focused drive in the high gain setting. It features a tone control function as a high cut filter, a volume control, and a mid switch that controls the strength of the mid-range. The mid switch offers three stages of midrange control.

The pedal's size is 38.5mm x 92.5mm x 55mm, and it weighs 320g. It features true bypass switching and can be powered by a 9VDC/7.3mA or 16VDC/15.3mA power supply. The pedal can also be used with a 9V battery or an external power supply, with a built-in step-up type DC-DC converter that allows boosting the current to 16V for expanded headroom and decreased compression feeling.

The EWS Brute Drive 2 is designed to provide a wide dynamic range and is recommended for use with an external power supply when operating at 16V. The pedal's compact design makes it suitable for pedal boards, and it is true bypass.
