The VOX Tone Garage V8 Distortion (V8DS) is a high-gain distortion pedal designed to deliver awe-inspiring tones suitable for heavy riffs, soloing, and cutting high-gain lead sounds. It features a mid-shift switch that allows users to change the band where the mid-range peaks, providing a broad range with an emphasized attack when turned off, and shifting the band to be more suitable for lead playing when turned on.

The pedal is built with a tough die-cast body for durability and features true bypass design for tonal confidence even when the effect is off.
