The DigiTech Mosaic is a polyphonic 12-string effect pedal designed to create lush 12-string sounds with a 6-string electric or amplified acoustic guitar. It achieves this by producing octave low strings and doubled high strings, resulting in a balanced low-end response with crisp octave shimmer, similar to a 12-string guitar. The pedal offers polyphonic richness and celestial movement, enhancing both single notes and full chordal strums.
Key features include independent Level and Tone controls to tailor the sound, providing a richer, more resonant, and full tone compared to a standard six- string guitar. The Mosaic is true bypass and uses a 9V DC power supply for easy integration into an existing pedalboard.
Technical specifications:
- Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz
- Frequency Response: 20 Hz-11 kHz (Effect Enabled)
- Signal to Noise Ratio: > -105 dB (A weighted); ref = max level, 22 kHz
