UM300 Ultra Metal

The Behringer UM300 Ultra Metal is a high-quality effects pedal designed to produce extreme hard rock and heavy metal distortion sounds. It features a dual-gain circuitry that enables the production of super thick, tube-like distortion and endless sustain. The pedal includes the following controls:

1. LOW control for boosting/cutting the low-frequency range
2. Two MID FREQ controls for boosting/cutting a defined mid-frequency range, with the upper control adjusting the mid range and the lower control adjusting the center frequency
3. LEVEL control for adjusting the output level
4. ON/BATT LED that illuminates when the effect is activated and serves as a battery level indicator
5. Footswitch for activating/deactivating the effect
6. ¼" TS IN connector for plugging in the instrument cable
7. ¼" TS OUT connector for sending the signal to the amp
8. DC IN connection for plugging in a 9V power supply (not included)
9. Battery compartment located underneath the pedal cover

The UM300 does not have an on/off switch. It begins running as soon as the jack is inserted into the IN connector. The pedal's dimensions are approximately 54 x 70 x 123 mm (H x W x D), and it weighs approximately 0.33 kg (0.7 lbs). The power supply requirements include a 9V battery or a 9VDC power supply.
