The GT73 by Ananashead Effects is a handmade pedal based on the 1973 Matamp GT120 preamp with master volume control and solid-state components rather than tubes. It features a fixed "Stage Bright" setting for the original Drive control and a potentiometer replacing the Bass-Boost rotary switch to reduce the size of the enclosure. The pedal maintains the same inductor-based Presence control like the GT120 and includes shielded inputs/outputs to avoid RF interference, Alpha reliable and robust footswitch, Alpha potentiometers, metal film caps and resistors for lower floor noise, filtered and protected 9VDC input, daisy-chain friendly, enclosed jacks, and popless True Bypass switching. The current draw is 10mA, and the pedal can be ready to ship in a couple of weeks depending on the availability of components.
