The Mids control is particularly powerful, enabling users to dial in a wide range of tones from fat and round to bright and edgy without being harsh.

The pedal offers a wide and versatile gain range, allowing users to carve their tone from a clean boost to a modest crunch all the way up to high-gain insanity. It is designed to work seamlessly in any analog or digital rig, capable of enhancing a crunchy amp to next-level distortion or transforming even the smallest clean amps into a full-on destruction machine. At lower gain settings, the Red Mist MKIV functions as a Boost, while at higher gain settings, it expands into cascading harmonics, percussive razor-edged grind, and gnarly feedback while retaining exceptional string definition.
