Description

The Matthews Effects Cosmonaut V2 is a versatile reverb/delay pedal designed to provide a memorable playing experience with its innovative features. It offers three distinct spacy, cascading reverb/delay algorithms, each with independent control through two 3-knob control rows. The algorithms include:

1. Luna 2: This cavernous reverb enriches instrument parts with a vast, dark, and haunting modulation.
2. Sputnik: A lively, reflective plate reverb with generous modulation for adding space and distance between the guitar and the amp.
3. Vostok 1: A tape-emulating dark delay suitable for creating percussive slaps or otherworldly ambience, with modulation control for unique sounds reminiscent of vintage pedal delays.

The pedal features a tails/hard-cut bypass mode, allowing users to choose between clean bypass or lingering tails after disabling the pedal. It also includes 1/4" expression and alternate inputs for hands-free control of decay and remote switching access, respectively.
