The Roach by Fortin is a 3-way signal splitter with discrete Class-A buffers. It is designed to reinstate tone and remove top-end loss caused by running a board full of true bypass pedals. The Roach has 3 outputs and is suitable for use with the Mini Zuul or Zuul+ pedals. It allows for a variety of options, including triggering a gate, recording the signal before amp saturation, and running multiple amps simultaneously.

The Roach is an exceptionally low-current circuit and can be run on a 9VDC battery for extended use, or an external power supply can be used via the DC inlet, between 9-24VDC. It features a green LED indicator for active status and a red LED for muting outputs 1-3. The pedal also includes a mosfet input to protect against the wrong orientation adapter connection.
