The Carpe Diem by Fire Custom Shop is an overdrive pedal designed to deliver a versatile range of tones. It features a two-sided design reminiscent of a Marshall plexi, allowing users to blend the high treble and normal channels with tone knobs instead of using an instrument cable. The pedal includes a toggle to choose between Classic (Marshall JTM45) and Hot Rod (JCM800 on steroids) modes. It also offers cascading Bass gain and Treble gain knobs to sculpt crunch, as well as Master Presence and Master volume controls for top- end frequency and output level adjustments. The pedal is dynamic, compression- free, and full of plexi attitude. It features true bypass and short-circuit protection, with components selected to global standards of high quality in the manufacturing of boutique pedals. The technical specifications include control knobs for Presence, Bass Gain, Treble Gain, and Master, 1/4" inputs and outputs, and a power supply requirement of 9VDC with negative center (Current consumption: 9V 3mA / 18V 26mA). The dimensions of the pedal are 112mm x 74mm x 52mm, with a weight of 0.84 lbs.
