The Deceiver by Dunn Effects is a classic sounding LM308N distortion pedal with additional dirt and crunch, featuring LED/silicon blend clipping. It includes the Ruetz mod with an on-board trimmer. The Death Knob, designed to blend the "chainsaw" effect of the gyrating EQ into the signal, can be used in series with any OD, fuzz, or distortion. The blend control allows users to add just a little effect or turn it up for maximum impact. The pedal also features top-loaded input jacks, a standard 2.1mm 9V DC power jack with a negative center pin, true bypass mechanical switching, and bright blue indicator LEDs.
