The BOSS DD-5 Digital Delay is a compact stereo delay pedal with delay capabilities ranging from 1ms to 2000ms. It offers 11 modes that provide access to various delay settings. The pedal features tap tempo capabilities in real time with an optional FS-FU footswitch and a Hold mode for sampling passages. Additionally, it includes a Reverse mode for creating unique sounds. The pedal can be powered by an AC adaptor or a 9V battery. The DD-5 is equipped with a 16-bit linear A/D and D/A conversion, and a sampling frequency of 32 kHz. The product is now discontinued, and the latest version is the DD-8 Digital Delay pedal.
