The Lo-Fi Loop Junky by ZVEX is a 20-second analog phrase-sampling looper designed with a very low fidelity, featuring a frequency response that cuts off at 2.6 kHz, brick-wall compression, hiss, distortion, and a warped-record vibrato feature that gives the guitar a vintage radio transmission sound. The pedal allows users to initiate and finish a recording at any moment with a stomp switch. It is a pure analog storage device, similar to the old bucket- brigade technology, capable of holding a loop for 20 seconds straight. The pedal dimensions are 4.70" (L) x 2.38" (W) x 1.82" (H).
The Lo-Fi Loop Junky is known for its ability to mix a sparkly clear compressed signal with a smashed, lo-fidelity warbled signal, creating a luscious emulsification that can be blended to the most perfect depth. It can produce haunting chorus sounds and pulsating vibrato, offering a unique and fun user experience.
