The Freaker Wah V2 by Wilson Effects is a pedal that offers synth tones and crazy filter sweeps, taking the wah pedal to a new level. It is a faithful reproduction of the vintage wah circuit made famous by Geezer Butler and Tony Iommi. The pedal is composed of a dual filter and features an added six- position Q switch that adjusts the filter settings of the wah pedal, ranging from a high filter sweep to a deep filter sweep and everything in between. Additionally, there is a sweep knob that allows users to adjust the width of the filter sweep, as well as an external boost knob to boost the filter above unity gain if needed. The V2 version also includes additional volume control via the volume/boost control at the heel of the pedal and a mini toggle to eliminate the volume drop at the heel of the sweep.
The Freaker Wah V2 operates on an industry standard 2.1mm center negative power supply or a high-quality alkaline battery. It is covered by a one-year warranty on parts and labor and is hand-built in the U.S.
