Manticore V2

The Manticore V2 by ProAnalog Devices is an overdrive pedal designed to provide a unique and versatile tone. Equipped with a broader dynamic range and gain structure, the pedal allows users to finely tune its voice and gain to suit their needs. It offers a range of functionalities, from serving as an always-on lush and sparkling amp enhancer to delivering an enormous and tonesome clean boost. When the Gain and Savage controls are engaged, the pedal can produce crunchy rhythm tones, smooth lead tones, and even raging metal tones without sacrificing clarity and touch response.

Key features of the Manticore V2 include:
- OEM electronic true bypass soft switching circuitry design
- A new control called Savage, which is a unique low pass filter/bass control that adds gain, punch, and fattens up the guitar signal
- Control layout:
- Level: Volume
- Treble: A dynamic treble circuit that boosts/cuts treble and adds/subtracts gain
- Savage: A unique Low Pass filter/Bass control that fattens up the guitar tone and adds gain
- Gain: Overdrive control, allowing users to dial in the amount of clipping from the overdrive section of the circuit
- Drive: An input clean boost stage control that drives 3 active filter networks, including treble, high-mids, and lows

The Manticore V2 is built to last and is available in four new colors: Copper Gold, Shimmering Silver, Metallic Blue, and Dark Green. It operates on 9 Volt DC standard operation only, with a 2.1mm standard polarity, tip negative. It's important to note that any increased DC voltage more than 9VDC, or AC voltage to powering Manticore version 2 will result in permanent damage beyond repair and will void all warranties.
