The Lounsberry Pedals Organ Grinder is a gain-staged preamp with Germanium diodes, designed to provide a fat, tube-like overdrive for clonewheel organs. It is developed with the aid of Roger Powell of Utopia and Meat Loaf fame and is capable of covering a wide range of organ sounds from Greg Rollie to Jon Lord, Uriah Heep, and Canterbury sounds. The onset of overdrive is gradual and can be easily controlled with the swell pedal. It adds compression and 2nd order harmonics, working well even with complex chord shapes.
