The pedal version, Cutting Room Floor V3, is designed to emulate the sound and functionality of vintage reel-to-reel tape overdrive and echo. It provides beautifully marred saturated tape tone and ethereal repeats. The pedal has separate controls over the saturation of the input signal and tape delay signal, allowing for adjustable tape saturation and tape delay levels. It features a freeze button that traps a tone while still playing and expression/CV control for time. The pedal operates on a standard 9Vdc Boss-style power supply and includes a one-year limited warranty if registered within 30 days of delivery.

The Eurorack module version, Cutting Room Floor V3, also emulates the sound and functionality of vintage reel-to-reel tape overdrive and echo. It offers customized features that traverse the world of modulation and delay, with a streamlined 6hp interface. The module includes a freeze button that traps any tone while still playing and CV control for time. It has a depth of 43mm and a current draw of 150ma.

Both versions are designed and assembled in Seattle, Washington, and are hand- wired with a full-lifetime warranty. The pedal version is housed in a smaller, compact footprint (4.77" x 2.6" x 1.39") and features a tape reel design that lights up when the pedal is on. The Eurorack module version is 6hp in size.
