The ToneWorks AX1500G by Korg is a versatile guitar multi-effects processor housed in a sturdy metal case measuring approximately 43 x 18 x 6cm. It features 56 types of modeling effect variations, with a maximum of eight types of effects that can be used simultaneously. The unit offers 48 preset programs and 48 rewritable user programs organized into banks of three. Each program is built from five effects blocks: Drive-amp, Cabinet, Modulation, Pedal, and Ambience.

The rear panel of the AX1500G includes a quarter-inch jack guitar input, left (mono) and right pair of quarter-inch jack outputs, a stereo mini-jack as an auxiliary input, and another for the stereo headphone socket. The unit operates in three modes: Play, Individual, and Phrase Trainer, providing flexibility for live performances and practice sessions.
