The Keeley Abbey Chamber Verb is a vintage reverb pedal that faithfully recreates the classic sounds of Abbey Road Studios' echo chambers. The pedal features controls for decay, brilliance, predelay, and blend, allowing users to tailor the reverb effect to their desired tone. The Brilliance Control offers the ability to boost or cut selected frequencies by up to +/-10 dB at 2.7 kHz, 3.5 kHz, or 10 kHz, replicating the functionality of the RS127 or RS135 used in the studio. The pedal also incorporates the RS106 filter with high pass and low pass filter points at 600Hz and 10K, respectively, to refine the sound before it is sent to the speaker in the echo chamber. The pre-delay of the room ranges from a naturally occurring 30ms to an additional 150ms from the tape machine. This range allows users to achieve classic vintage reverb sounds, from extremely fast doubling to a slapback type of sound. The Abbey Chamber Verb is designed to provide soft and warm vintage reverb for guitars, vocals, recordings, and live sound applications. The pedal is handmade in the USA and offers a compact form factor, with dimensions of 112 mm x 68 mm x 51 mm and a weight of 277 g.
