The Supreme by JHS is a replica of the 1972 Univox Super-Fuzz, designed to produce unique and iconic fuzz effects. The pedal features Volume and Expand controls, with the Volume making the effect louder and the Expand increasing the amount of fuzz. Additionally, it includes a "Tone" button that engages a mid-cut, flattening out the attack of the pedal, and a "Mode" button that activates a more pronounced octave-up effect, producing a thicker mid-range and available volume/boost.

The pedal operates on 9V DC negative center with a 4mA consumption and measures 5.68 x 3.62 x 2.0 inches, weighing 0.85 lbs. It also allows for battery operation via a single 9V battery.
