Blood Oath

The Blood Oath by Ground Control Audio is a low to mid-gain overdrive pedal designed to provide a flexible tone control, allowing users to adjust the amount of low and high frequencies to help their amp stand out in the mix. It features an independent pre-gain stage, essentially allowing for two overdrive modes, and can act as a subtle clean boost as well as a full-blown rock machine. The pedal is available in both silicon and germanium flavors, with the silicon version providing a more aggressive and compressed tone, while the germanium version offers a more open and smooth sound.

The pedal uses a standard 9V DC center-negative power supply and does not support battery operation. It is recommended to use an isolated power supply for optimal performance. The version 2.1 of the pedal features a bi-color LED to indicate whether the pre-gain stage is engaged.
