The Kvasir by Fjord Fuzz is an all-analog vintage-style fuzz pedal featuring a power transistor-based circuit. It is designed with a wide-ranging bias control and a "thiccness" knob, characteristic of many Fjord Fuzz pedals. The pedal operates with 9VDC power, center tip negative, similar to Boss pedals, with an idle current draw of approximately 10mA and an engaged current draw of around 70mA.
The Kvasir features all-analog true bypass relay switching, backlit graphics, top-mounted jacks, and a real copper control plate. The control plate may show signs of corrosion upon receipt, which is intended to reflect the current breathable state of Earth's atmosphere. The control plate can be easily removed for cleaning, although it will continue to corrode until a post-oxygen society is reached.
The dimensions of the Kvasir are approximately 5.5 x 6.7 x 12.2cm.
