The Phaser Pedal by Fender is an all-analog phaser pedal that replicates vintage phaser tones and beyond. It features a Phase Switch that allows the selection between 2, 4, and 6 stages of phasing, providing three distinct flavors of phasing. The pedal also includes a Sweet Switch, which jumps right to the "sweet spot" of phaser tones, and a Range knob to adjust the frequency range of the phasing effect. The variable Feedback control determines the intensity of the phasing, offering a wide range of vintage phaser voices. The pedal is housed in a rugged aluminum enclosure with top-mounted jacks and true-bypass switching, making it road-ready. It can be powered by a 9-volt battery or a center-negative AC adapter (not included).
The pedal utilizes Fender's original phaser pedal circuit from 1975 as a starting point and employs JFET transistors to accurately recreate lush phasing tones produced by iconic phaser designs of the '70s and '80s. The Phase switch replicates different circuit topography and phasing flavors, while the Sweet switch disengages the Phase switch and jumps right to the "sweet spot" of phasing.
The Phaser Pedal by Fender is designed to provide a rich, full-sounding, and incredibly flexible all-analog phase effect, suitable for both replicating vintage tones and creating new phasing effects.
