Description

The Electro-Harmonix East River Drive is a classic overdrive pedal designed with a compact, pedalboard-friendly enclosure. It maintains the character of your guitar and playing style while adding an edge to your tone that ranges from mild overdrive to gritty distortion. The pedal features the following controls:

1. DRIVE Knob: Controls the amount of input gain, ranging from mild edge to classic distortion.
2. TONE Knob: Emphasizes a range of tones from bass to treble.
3. VOL Knob: Sets the output volume of the East River Drive.

The pedal also includes a footswitch and LED for engaging the effect or activating true bypass mode. The input jack has an impedance of 375kΩ, while the output jack has an impedance of 250Ω. The East River Drive can be powered by a 9V battery or an optional 9VDC AC Adapter with a current draw of 6mA at 9VDC.

Additionally, the pedal is designed with a tough, compact die-cast chassis and true bypass functionality. It is suitable for getting some dirt out of a clean amp or pushing a dirty amp over the top. The East River Drive also comes with a 9V battery included.
