The Simplifier Deluxe by DSM & Humboldt Electronics is a zero-watt dual- channel and reverb stereo amplifier designed for versatile use. It features an ultra-connectivity platform, allowing it to function as a stereo 2-channel amplifier, two parallel amplifiers for a full stereo signal chain, or with two guitars simultaneously, each with its own amp and FX loop. The amplifier includes two fully independent preamps capable of modeling iconic amplifier tones, with each channel boasting three preamp types (MS Brit, American, AC Brit) and three gain modes (Clean, Crunch, and Lead).
Additionally, the Simplifier Deluxe incorporates a multi-stage stereo reverb with mix control for each channel independently, offering three reverb modes: Short (Room Style), Mid (Plate Style), and Long (Ether Style). Other features include left and right power amp sim (post-preamp) and two independent cab sims with selectable combo (1x12), stack (2x12), and twin (2x12) cabinets. It also includes a high-grade headphone amp with an aux input for silent practice, a heavy-duty self-designed anodized aluminum case, low power consumption (200mA / 9V center negative), and a compact size of 13.5x10x5.8 cm (5.1x3.9x2.5 inches) and a weight of 580 grams (1 pound).
For power supply, the Simplifier Deluxe requires a voltage of 9 to 12V DC regulated, with a current consumption of 150mA and recommended supply current of 200mA and up. The input impedance is 1Meg Ohm, and the output impedance for unbalanced outputs is 4.7K Ohms and for balanced outputs is 100 Ohms. The headphone amp delivers 135mW into 32 Ohms and can be used with 16, 32, 64, and 96 Ohm headphones.
