The pedal provides total control over various aspects of sound, including volume, layers, repeats, and modifiers. It features DIP switches for customizing parameters and expression control.
The pedal's dimensions are 4.88" x 2.5" x 2.38", and it operates on 9VDC center negative power (PSU not included). The Blooper offers the ability to record up to eight separate independent layers, with a dedicated knob for scrolling through the layers. It also includes six on-board Modifiers (or effects) such as Smooth Speed, Dropper, Trimmer, Stepped Speed, Scambler, and Filter, which can be used to manipulate the recorded loops.
Additionally, the Blooper pedal has MIDI functionality, allowing it to be synced with external devices such as drum machines. It can also be used as a high-quality digital delay, offering around 30 seconds of total looper time. The pedal's playback is of high quality, with no added artifacts or degradation as layers are added.
