1312 Distortion v3 by Black Mass

The 1312 Distortion V3 by Black Mass Electronics is a multi-voice distortion pedal with a variety of features and technical specifications. It features three classic RAT controls: Level, Gain, and Filter, along with a rotary knob named "Clip" that selects different diode voicings from a total of eight options. The clipping modes include Silicon, Red LEDs, Vintage Germanium, Quad Silicon, Asymmetrical Silicon, MOSFET, Germanium/Silicon, and Asymmetrical MOSFET, offering a wide range of tonal possibilities.

Additionally, the 1312 V3 includes an internal charge pump that turns the 9V supply voltage into 18V for increased headroom. It can also run at 18V for enhanced performance, provided that the internal DIP switch settings are adjusted accordingly. The pedal is designed to be versatile, suitable for use with guitars and bass, and offers a modern and flexible take on the classic RAT-style distortion sound.
