It features elite-level amp modeling, user IRs, a suite of core effects (drive, delay, reverb, comp, gate, eq), 1/4" and XLR outputs, a customizable interface, and an editor app. The MK II includes a next- generation amp modeling engine with dynamic resonance control, new amp models, a headphone jack, a new streamlined operating system/UI, simplified 3-way toggle switches, assignable footswitches, a dedicated save function, control lock function, knob position locator, new speaker impulses (IRs), FX level knob, load mode, and a sleeker look. It is designed to be the perfect amp- modeling centerpiece for a guitarist's pedal board, a standalone solution into an amp, direct to front-of-house, for recording, portable silent practice, and as a backup rig.
