Super Spring Theory

The Super Spring Theory by Subdecay is a versatile pedal designed specifically for electric guitar, offering both spring and room reverb settings. The pedal captures the nuances of tube-driven spring reverb, providing authentic vintage wet surfy reverb sounds typically found in amplifiers and standalone spring reverb units. It features a tone control for dialing in the perfect timbre and an internal reverb send trimmer for adjusting input signals and achieving dramatic or subtle effects.

The clean signal path is all analog, with JFET amplifiers carrying out the send and recovery of the reverb signal for tube-like dynamics. The Super Spring Theory is suitable for use in front of both clean and dirty amps, offering some of the most authentic-sounding spring-reverb tones available in pedal form.

In addition to the spring reverb setting, the pedal also offers a room reverb setting, allowing for adjustments from subtle ambiance to cavernous reverbs with trails over three minutes long. The Super Spring Theory uses proprietary DSP reverb algorithms, providing unique features not found in other pedals.
