The Stomp Under Foot Civil War Fuzz pedal is designed to recreate the sound of a classic Russian "Muff" pedal from the early 1990s. It features 4 Fairchild 2N5088 Silicon Transistors, 4 1N914 Diodes, and a 3PDT Push Button Footswitch with True-Bypass functionality. The pedal also includes Neutrik Input/Output Jacks, D/C Power Jack, and 5 NKK Toggle Switches for precise tone control. The enclosure is made of 1790NS Aluminum with a size of 5.70” x 4.70” x 1.50”D and a Gloss Hammered Blue Paint finish. The pedal is powered by a 9V carbon-zinc battery or a standard (negative pin) 9V external power supply. Additionally, it is equipped with 3 Eagle-Plastic-Devices Control Knobs for Sustain, Tone, and Volume, 3 Alpha Potentiometers, Vishay Sfernice Trimpots, and high-quality electronic components such as Ohmite Carbon Composition Resistors, Xicom Polystyrene Film Capacitors, Vishay Sprague "Orange Drop" Polyester Capacitors, and more. The pedal's circuitry is built on Copper Stripboard with Point to Point Soldering Wiring Connections, using Qualitek Silver Rosin Core Solder.
