The Wildwood Edition Mjolnir Overdrive by Mythos Pedals is a meticulously designed pedal aimed at replicating the sonic characteristics of the silver "Centaur" pedal. It features NOS Germanium Diodes, internal 18-volt operation, and buffered bypass. The pedal is designed to deliver a beautiful low gain overdrive tone that compresses perfectly, making the guitar signal sound bigger. The 2023 iteration has undergone sonic adjustments, including a reduction in low mids, a tuned Treble knob, and Gain & Output taper to match the original unit's feel. The pedal's internal circuit retains the +18V charge pump, NOS Germanium Diodes, and buffered output.

The Wildwood Edition Mjolnir Overdrive is designed to closely emulate the tones of the original silver "Centaur" pedal. It is almost indistinguishable from the original unit in blind comparisons, retaining its character and mojo.
