Blues Crab

The MOOER Blues Crab is a classic blues overdrive pedal designed to deliver the characteristic sound of blues overdrive. It features a full metal shell and a very small, compact design, making it suitable for pedalboards with limited space. The pedal is equipped with a true bypass switch for seamless integration into your signal chain.

The control interface includes Level, Tone, and Gain knobs, allowing for precise adjustment of the overdrive effect. The pedal operates on a DC 9V adapter power supply, following the standard Boss style. The input and output connections consist of 1/4” monaural jacks with specific impedance ratings.

The MOOER Blues Crab is intended to replicate the tube amp qualities of a vintage Marshall 2x12 combo used by Eric Clapton in the Bluesbreaker band. It aims to capture the overdrive characteristics of a relatively clean amp pushed to the point of breaking up, adding subtle harmonic richness to the guitar's tone without altering its inherent qualities.
