The Lone Wolf Audio Outsider is a modernized take on the legendary and ultra- rare Systech Harmonic Energizer, utilized and mastered by Frank Zappa. It is designed to provide up to 35dB of transparent gain, which, when placed in front or after a distorted signal, unleashes a new range of tones. The Bandwidth knob determines the width of the Frequency control, allowing for adjustments to the signal's brightness, thickness, and cutting tones. The pedal also features a CV expression jack for the Frequency control, compatible with expression pedals capable of 50-100k resistance (such as Moog EP-3, Source Audio, etc). The Outsider V2 is known for creating a specific sound that can be utilized across various musical genres.
