The JangleBox JB2 Byrds LE is a compression/sustainer pedal designed to deliver unrivaled versatility and distinctive compression edge. It features a rugged die-cast aluminum enclosure and is handmade in the USA. The pedal includes an On/Off switch with a red LED that controls the Bass, Treble, Gain, and Attack functions, as well as a JangleBoost with a blue LED that controls the J-Boost Gain and J-Boost Tone. The JangleBoost can function as a treble or bass boost and offers up to a 25-30 dB boost. The pedal also includes separate colored LEDs for clear visibility on poorly-lit stages.

The JB2 Byrds LE offers switchable treble boost with adjustable gain and true bypass, along with adjustable EQ for enhanced tone flexibility. It is designed to be one of the most versatile boutique compressors on the market, allowing users to use it as a straight comp, a clean boost, a treble boost, or a "boost-on-boost" all in one easy-to-use box. The pedal's basic approach to expanding the compression "sweet spot" has been left unchanged, delivering a beautiful bright ringing chime and clean, even tone.

The pedal's dimensions are 6.8" long x 4.7" wide x 2.2" deep, providing ample real estate for easy adjustments. It is powered by a standard 9V pin negative power source or a 9V battery, with the option to daisy-chain additional pedal effects. The pedal also features a true bypass and comes with a 9V battery included.
