The Bends Compressor

The Fender The Bends Compressor features dual internal audio paths for low noise, a high-current symmetrical control path for fast response time, and LED backlit knobs. It is designed with a sleek anodized aluminum casing, a magnetic battery door for quick battery changes, and offset input and output jacks to allow for closer pedal spacing. The pedal includes Drive and Recovery controls to customize the compression level and extend sustain, as well as a Blend control to mix in the dry signal for natural pick attack. The compressor utilizes a pair of operational transconductance amplifiers to vary the volume of a guitar's signal from a control signal, allowing for even dynamics and clean sustain.
