Mod Rex

The Electro-Harmonix Mod Rex is a powerful modulation tool designed for multiple instruments to stretch musical boundaries. It features four independent modulation sections synced in time, including MOD (offering EHX Vibrato, Flanger, Chorus, or Phaser), TREM (delivering tremolo), PAN (modulating between left and right in stereo operation), and FILTER (offering a choice of modulated LPF, HPF, or BPF). Each section also features four LFO shape options, providing advanced creative control over the specific section and their interactions.

The Mod Rex delivers virtually limitless polyrhythmic possibilities with nine note-length choices for each modulation section, independently selectable in increments starting at a whole note and ranging through subdivisions up to a 16th note. It offers 100 storable presets and full stereo input and output. The pedal's robust MIDI implementation enables quick and easy syncing of devices, automation of functions and changes, and control of parameters via MIDI.
