The BOSS GT-6 Guitar Effects Processor is a flagship floor-based guitar effects processor with advanced COSM preamp. It features 24-bit converters and coaxial digital output for recording applications. The GT-6 offers 30 COSM amp models, new Distortion/Overdrive Pedal Modeling (15 types), and Wah Modeling (5 types), along with 340 effects programs, making it the most powerful floor- based multiple effects processor in BOSS history.
The GT-6 also includes a Customize function for creating new amp types, distortion, and wah pedals, as well as easy, analog-style control with 15 knobs for editing commonly used parameters. It introduces new "Uni-V" and "De- Fretter" effects, along with improved Feedback Modeling. The EZ Tone feature allows for creating custom patches based on 30 templates, and it has built-in Expression and Control pedals for real-time control of effects.
The GT-6 is built with 24-bit A-D and D-A converters for exceptional sound quality and offers flexible outputs, including a coaxial digital output for recording. It also provides eight output options, including the classic Roland JC-120, as well as various combos, amp stacks, and effect loops.
