Zerrer Pedal

The Diezel Zerrer is a 2-channel preamp pedal designed for use in front of an amp as a distortion, as a practice amp, and a studio direct amp. It offers aggressive tones and features synonymous with Diezel amplifiers. The pedal features a stereo headphone jack for use as a practice amp, as well as a stereo aux input for plugging in external backing tracks. The Zerrer is versatile, offering the functionality of a Diezel head in a portable format for practicing, recording, and live performances.

Front of the pedal controls include:
- Channel 1 Clean/Dirty: Independent EQ with a separate gain control for crunchy rhythms or crystal cleans
- Channel 2 Heavy/Lead: Ideal for aggressive modern rhythms and soaring leads
- Master Volume: Controls the overall level of both channels
- Presence Control: Adjusts the sparkle or cut for both channels, adding brilliant highs for clean tones and shimmer to leads
- Deep Control: Adds girth to the tone, particularly effective when using the Zerrer in front of a thin-sounding clean amp

Back of the pedal controls and connections include:
- Guitar Input: ¼ inch jack
- Amp Output: ¼ output into the amp
- FX Loop: Allows connection of FX processors or pedals, making the unit self-sufficient for live and studio use
- Direct Stereo Out: Contains a high-quality speaker emulator for direct recording
- Stereo Headphone Input: ¼ inch input for quiet practice or recording without external speakers
- External Switcher Input: Allows use with a toggle switch for on/off functionality
