The Octamizer by Aguilar is an analog octave pedal designed to create a wide range of musical sounds an octave below the original note. It features independent volume controls for both the Clean and Octave sounds, allowing for easy blending. The Clean Tone control is a Full Spectrum Tilt EQ, enabling the boosting of treble while cutting bass or boosting bass while cutting treble. The Octave Filter control is a sweepable multi-pole low-pass filter that shapes the octave sound from smooth and deep to edgy and aggressive. The pedal also includes a proprietary detector circuit for superior tracking and heavy- duty steel construction. It operates on a 9-volt battery or optional power supply.
