Description

The Vintage Spec Rippah Booster Wah by Wilson Effects is a faithful reproduction of the Maestro Boomerang wah with extensive tuning options. It offers vintage and modern tones and can replicate various wah tones. The pedal's low end has a unique characteristic with a throaty growl, making it ideal for cutting through the mix. The pedal features a sweep control to adjust the depth of the sweep, a twelve-position Q position switch for adjusting the Q position in the sweep, and a growl knob to adjust the bass and gain in the circuit.

The pedal is equipped with a built-in fuzz buffer, allowing it to work effectively in front of a fuzz pedal. It is built with NOS Mullard Tropical Fish capacitors, carbon composition resistors in the wah circuit, and BC109B transistors. The pedal also features True Bypass and a super bright LED to indicate its status. Additionally, it contains a Wilson Effects vintage taper wah pot replicated from a vintage Car taper pot.

The Vintage Spec Rippah Booster Wah operates on an industry-standard 2.1mm center negative power supply or a high-quality alkaline battery. It comes with a one-year warranty on parts and labor and is hand-built in the U.S.
