Dreamstar Chorus

The Rocktron Dreamstar Chorus is a versatile chorus pedal designed to provide a wide range of tones and flexibility for guitar players. The pedal features two independent chorus voice sections with separate LFO modulators, allowing for unique modulation effects.

Chorus Voice One offers controls for Rate 1, Depth 1, and Dream 1. Rate 1 controls the speed of the LFO waveform used to modulate the analog BBD delay line, while Depth 1 determines the LFO's maximum travel time and intensity. Dream 1 controls the amount of effect present in the summed output.

Chorus Voice Two similarly offers controls for Rate 2, Depth 2, and Dream 2, providing the user with the ability to adjust the speed, intensity, and amount of effect for the second chorus voice.

The pedal is designed to sound best when placed after distortion in the signal chain. It can also be used in different parts of the signal chain to achieve desired sounds. Additionally, if the amplifier has an effects loop, the chorus can be placed in the effects loop for a different sound.

The footswitch on the Dreamstar Chorus controls the On/Off status, indicated by an LED. The pedal runs on a 9V Alkaline battery or can be powered using the Rocktron DC OnTap Universal Power Adaptor.
