The MI Audio G.I. Fuzz is a high gain fuzz pedal featuring a trio of ultra-low noise, high gain silicon transistors. It is designed to provide a versatile range of fuzz tones and is not a clone of any existing pedal. The G.I. Fuzz offers the following features:
- High gain silicon fuzz generated by a trio of high gain silicon transistors
- Ultimate flexibility with 8 controls (1 internal), including Fuzz, Load
(input impedance control), Bias (controls the bias of the 2 transistors), Body
(midrange control), Tone (balancing control for controlling highs and lows),
Volume, Bright switch, and Internal Gain trimmer
- Professionally powder-coated and silk-screened enclosure, measuring only
4.3 * 2.2 inches
- A huge gain range, from nothing to sustain-for-days
- Can be used as a low gain device for a fat bluesy bite
- Internal gain trimmer to adjust the gain
- Load control for variable input impedance to match the G.I. Fuzz to
different types of pickups
- Bias control to set up the operating point of the transistors
- Body control for full-range midrange control
- Tone control for controlling both lows and highs
- Volume control with output to spare
- 3-position bright switch to adjust the top end
- Heavy-duty 3PDT True Bypass footswitch for no tone loss when bypassed
- 9V adaptor plug (2.1mm barrel connection)
- Hand-made in Sydney, Australia, and comes with a 5-year warranty
