The JHS Milkman is a versatile pedal designed to provide both slap delay and clean boost effects. It features two fully independent effects, with the boost on the right side and the slap delay on the left. The boost is a fully clean boost that can be used to push an amp into natural overdrive or as a preamp. The slap delay includes controls for Slap, Mix, Repeat, and EQ. The Slap control adjusts the delay time from 0ms to 250ms, creating a doubled effect or spacious echoes. The Mix control adjusts the echo volume, the Repeat control adjusts the number of repeats, and the EQ control adjusts the brightness of the repeats, allowing for a range of ambient or cutting tones.
Technical Specifications:
- Two fully independent effects in a compact footprint
- Boost for always-on preamp or natural breakup
- Slap delay for just the right amount of echo
- Perfect for slide, country, rockabilly, and Americana
- Power Requirement: Standard 9V DC Negative
- Power Consumption: 27mA
- Dimensions: 2.6" x 4.8" x 1.6"
The Milkman is designed to meet the needs of country and Americana players, providing a perfect combination of slap delay and clean boost in a compact and versatile pedal.
