The JangleBox JBX is a premier compression pedal designed for guitar players who prioritize tone and demand professional-level compression. It is known for providing chime, sustain, and brilliance, along with unrivaled tone-and-boost capabilities. The pedal features dual mono outputs, separate full EQ on both sides of the unit, a pre-set treble-boost switch, and a J-Boost gain switch for on-the-fly soloing or tonal variation. It also offers true bypass functionality.
The JBX has been refined to include advantages in power, flexibility, and clarity. The EQ circuit has been moved post-compression for a quieter output, and microphonic switch noise has been eliminated. The dimensions of the JangleBox JBX are 5.625” x 4.625” x 1.56” (143.2mm x 101.6mm x 40mm), and it requires a power adapter of 9V, 100mA, with a 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel, pin- negative (not included).
