The Damping control enables users to adjust the distortion's aggressiveness, clarity, and bass dynamics. The pedal operates with a 9V DC input, requiring a regular 9V 100mA external power supply. It also includes an anodized case and Carl Martin's DC/DC converter circuitry, allowing the pedal to run with +-12V internally for enhanced sound quality. The Panama pedal is designed to provide a bigger sound and tone, all in an analog format. It has a compact design with head-mounted input/outputs and dimensions of 72 x 57 x 112 mm, weighing 0.28 kg.
