The Colour Bender by 65 Amps is a Germanium Handwired Mark II Bender Fuzz Pedal designed to recreate the Holy Grail tones of '60s and '70s Germanium pedals. It features three premium Germanium transistors, coupling caps by SoZo, and resistors by Allen Bradley Carbon Comps and Vishay Dale Metal Films. The pedal includes a 2-way "Colour" switch that notches midrange frequencies, a 2-way "Hi/Lo" switch to adjust the global gain level, a "Level" knob to adjust the output of the Germanium Transistor, and an "Attack" knob to adjust the level of distortion in the circuit. The pedal operates on 9VDC power and includes internal and external 9VDC battery options. The Colour Bender is designed to provide classic '60s and '70s Germanium voice with modern attention to build quality, noise floors, and sensitivity.
